Wu, who was also known as Chia Chung Wu when he was younger beat Ouschan of Austria in the finals by 11 point. Wu also won the World Eight-Ball Championship. He was second in World ten-ball.

Tyler Styler is an American pool players. He began playing the game at age 14 and finished 13th in his first WPA World Junior Championship. In the year 2008, he was the youngest player to represent Europe in the Mosconi Cup, where he was named MVP of the event. He also won the China Open as the youngest player, and he also won the European Pool Championship the next year. He was the winner of the WPA World 9ball Championship as well as the Leende Open. He was also the US Open 9 ball champion.
Saris defeats Albin at the Dynamic Billard Veldhoven Open
The Dynamic Billard Veldhoven Open commenced with the 9 ball individual competition. The Netherlands' leading sports channel Ziggo Sports Channel broadcasts the first match live. There will be a semifinal and the final.
Ivar Saris was defeated by Albin Ouschan in an exciting match. Albin won nine of ten points to win the match. He will now face the winner of Erol Kayas against Michel Bartol to reach the knockout stage.
David Alcaide loses to Shane Van Boening during the Dynamic Billard Veldhoven Open
The Dynamic Billard Veldhoven Open has reached its final phase and Shane Van Boening is still in the running for the title. American had won the Predator World-10-ball Championship last year. Joshua Filler is the current World Pool and Billiards Association (9-ball) champion. Filler will be Filler's opponent. Both men had managed to survive difficult draw conditions. Filler beat Gerson Martinez of Peru to reach the final round. Van Boening was facing Fedor Gorst from Russia. Filler was able to win the second phase matches by four games.
Van Boening was the top seed in the 64-player bracket. He spent hours practicing his break shot in Qatar. This helped him breeze through his first four opponents, which he won by a combined score of 44-14. He beat Orcollo in the first round, and went on to beat David Alcaide in the next round.
